Quadralite Up! X 600 Kit

The set includes two Quadralite Up! X 300 flashes, two lighting stands, a white translucent umbrella, an umbrella softbox and a reflector. This combination supports a variety of photographic styles and provides an accessible introduction to studio photography. Two lights and additional modifiers also offer greater creative flexibility during a session.

Up! X 300 flashes are exceptionally compact and lightweight. They are aimed particularly at users beginning studio photography, while also serving as useful additional lights for professionals. The higher output allows subjects to be lit effectively from a greater distance. Built-in Navigator X receivers provide straightforward remote triggering and flash-power adjustment. The Bowens mount also gives access to additional modifiers such as softboxes and beauty dishes.

Up! X provides a 5-stop flash-energy adjustment range (1/1–1/32) with precision down to 0.1 EV. Its modern design also delivers fast recycling, even after a full-power flash, in under 1.5 s.

Up! X is fully compatible with the Quadralite Navigator X radio-control system. Its built-in receiver allows it to work alongside units such as Atlas 600 TTL, Reporter 360 TTL and Stroboss 60. A Navigator X controller provides remote triggering up to normal X-sync speed, flash-power adjustment and operating-mode changes. Up! X also includes a USB port for Navigator Kit receivers. Users who already own Quadralite/Quantuum Up!, Move, Pulse or Pulse Pro lights can add Up! X while continuing to use their existing triggers. A 3.5 mm jack is also available for connection to third-party triggering systems.

The rear panel is simple, clear and functional. A large LCD remains easy to read even from an angle, while a nearby control dial adjusts flash power, radio channel and group. Five buttons below the display provide quick access to all main settings and functions. An ergonomically shaped stand handle makes positioning with light modifiers easier. The 150 W halogen modeling light can operate independently of flash power with manual brightness control, proportionally to flash output, switch off automatically during the flash or remain on continuously.

Quadralite Up! X stands out with its compact plastic housing and low weight of just 1.3 kg. The stepped adjustable stand bracket supports softboxes up to 120 cm, as well as reflectors and umbrellas.

Quadralite Up! X can be used with a broad range of light modifiers, including reflectors, softboxes, snoots and beauty dishes fitted with a Bowens accessory mount.

Up! X flashes use passive cooling. After approximately 10 minutes of continuous use, switch the lamp off for about one minute to allow it to cool. When a snoot is attached, switch off the modeling lamp to avoid overheating the flash and accessory.
